  Please consider joining us for another exclusive members-only event.  

  Our own Darin from North Spokane plans to cook "the best damn tri-tip on the planet."  We plan to meet at 4pm and eat around 5pm. Darin mentioned he has a refrigerator full of beer that needs emptying and challenged us to help with the task.  

  The grilled meat and adult beverages will be provided by our generous host. Guests are asked to bring a side dish (like potato salad or a fruit tray) and encouraged to wear Tesla clothing.  Expect gifts for best dressed.  

  If you have a specific drink preference please bring your own beverages.

  Getting Started: A Tesla New Owner’s Orientation

  TOWA is hosting an orientation for new owners to help answer their initial questions about their vehicles so that they can confidently drive their Teslas.  

  Please join us on Saturday, August 27 at 10:00 a.m. to learn the ABC’s of getting started:

  • Autopilot - learn about the basic capabilities, limitations and how functionality is planned to  evolve through software updates

  • Basic Operations - get an introduction to the vehicle’s interior, touchscreen, keys, and Tesla app and more...

  • Charging - learn about hardware used for charging Tesla vehicles and software for planning long distance trips

  This is a great opportunity to learn from passionate owners with years of experience...save the date and join us on August 27th. 

  For our veteran Tesla owners this is a great opportunity to pay it forward and help the next generation of Tesla owners.  For those interested, bring/wear a rare piece of Tesla swag or history to share.

• Spokane National Drive Electric Week

  Our NE TOWA Chapter will support the  National Drive Electric Week Event scheduled for 24 Sep 9am-1pm.  This is at end of quarter event and it would be helpful to the Tesla mission if we can handle the public support for this event while the Tesla employees are focused on deliveries.

  This event will not be at Tesla nor volunteering at Tesla during the end of quarter push. 

  As TOWA, we plan to bring several of our cars for static displays for the event. The event is planned to take place in Liberty Lake in the STA area.  

  Please email me if you interested in volunteering at the NDEW event!  The local organizers are looking for volunteers from 7am-1pm for setup and coordination on the day of the event.  

  To register to display your vehicle for the NDEW event, please register on the National Drive Electric Week website at https://driveelectricweek.org/event?eventid=3373.  There will likely be limited space available and potentially not all vehicles will be eligible for display.

  Come join us for a scenic drive through scenic Cascade Mountains along the Loup Loup Pass. Take in some scenic views across Methow Valley, through Okanogan and Twisp. We'll start out at the Entiat Superchargers to make sure everyone is ready for the drive. Hope to see you there!

  We will coordinate caravan meetups from both the eastside and the westside to meet at the Entiat chargers.
